Acara penghargaan musik paling besar se-ASIA sukses digelar pada 6 Desember 2020. Yap, Mnet Asian Music Award yang dipandu Song Joong Ki sebagai MC semalam berlangsung.
Tahun ini, Mnet Asian Music Awards atau MAMA akan diselenggarakan pada 6 Desember 2020. CJ E&M selaku penyelenggara akan mengusung tema "NEW-TOPIA" dan melahirkan nama-nama pemenang dari masing-masing kategorinya.
MAMA 2020 sendiri akan digelar pada 6 Desember dan tidak dilakukan secara tatap muka. Hal ini berkaitan dengan pematuhan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Tema untuk MAMA 2020 adalah " NEW-TOPIA" .
