Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2021 secara resmi telah mengumumkan nominasinya pada 3 November kemarin. Dengan demikian, pemungutan suara akan dilakukan secara online sejak Kamis 4 November 2021 pukul 20.00 WIB dan akan berakhir pada 22 November mendatang pada pukul 18.00 WIB.
Dilansir HITC pada Jumat (5/11/2021), MAMA 2021, voting penggemar tidak menjadi salah satu kriteria penentuan penghargaan Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, dan Album of the Year. Namun, khusus untuk penghargaan Worldwide Icon of the Year dan Worldwide Fans' Choice Top 10 akan tetap ditentukan sepenuhnya melalui voting penggemar.
Untuk itu, para penggemar bisa melakukan vote secara online untuk kategori Worldwide Fans Choice di situs 2021mama.com dengan mendaftar melalui aplikasi Mwave.
